• Google Sign-In Data (Verified OAuth App): When you choose to log in with Google to leave a comment or share a testimonial, we securely receive and store:

Our app (Project ID: ckphotos) is verified by Google and requests only basic profile scopes (profile, email). We do not access your Google password, Drive files, or other private data. 5. Data Retention

Download limit records (IP + device token + date) are automatically deleted after 7 days. Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days unless deletion is requested.

Comments & Profile Data: Your name, profile picture, and comments are retained indefinitely to maintain the integrity of discussion threads, unless you request their deletion or they are removed by our moderators for violating community guidelines.

Google Sign-In Data: We retain your public profile name and picture URL to display alongside your contributions. Your email is stored securely for account recovery only and is never shared publicly or with third parties.

7. Children's Privacy & Comment System

Our resources are designed for students of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Because our comment and testimonial systems require a Google account, users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in their country) to participate in discussions. If you believe a child has provided data without consent, contact us immediately for removal.

9. Data Deletion

If you signed in to FiloKin Edu and wish to delete your data, you have two options:

Option 1: Disconnect from Google

1. Go to your Google Account → Third-party apps with account access
2. Find "FiloKin Edu" in the list
3. Click "Remove Access"
4. Confirm the removal

This revokes FiloKin Edu's access to your Google account. To fully delete your stored data (course subscriptions, assignment submissions, discussion posts, and progress records), please also contact us using Option 2 below.

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

Email us at kizito.chikuni@gmail.com with:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address
• Confirmation that you want all data deleted

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once your data has been permanently removed from our systems.
